This is my second backpack I have purchased. The first one I accidentally tore one of the straps, whether that’s an indication of the material strength or purely my fault, I didn’t care. The black and green design looks wonderful and the placement of pockets is perfect. If this one breaks too I would still purchase another one.
I was so excited when my backpack arrived. Then this happened (see photo) I called to see if I could exchange it but was ymtold it was past the 30 days and there's nothing they could do. So, I had to stop using my new backpack, can't find anyone to repair it. My advice is to check the handles carefully before using the backpack.

When it arrived... the smell. The smell was not good, but that was easily solved.
The larger issue is how quickly the liner began to peel, even though the bag only had very light use.
Purchased for my grade school son. He used it for about 5 months and the shoulder strap tore away from the stitching. His average load in the bag is about 15lb/6.8kg
