Sudadera con capucha Critical Role Retro

The cloth feels a little extra soft and is a little on the thicker side compared to other hoodies I've had, which is really nice now that autumn approaches. We will see if the cloth stays soft or grows coarse over time, as it does on the joggers. The hoodie looks in real life exactly as expected from the product pictures (they are good representations) which means very nice indeed! I love the minimalistic color and shape of the decoration. The size I felt was also as expected and standard for a hoodie. On quality, it does have many small loose threads at the end of most seams but they do not seem to be coming loose, at least not yet, and it seems solidly sewn otherwise.

Why 3 stars of 5? Unfortunately the two colored lines do not line up where they meet over the zipper, one side is higher by about half a centimeter. I contacted support who were super polite, nice and fast (top marks to them) who confirmed this is an issue and sent me out a replacement hoodie. Which has the exact same issue unfortunately (visible right in the packaging), so I guess it's a bigger batch with production issues. Be aware you may get one of these, though they said they are working on fixing this. I decided not to get yet another replacement once they fix it since it seems a big waste on the environment to send out yet another package, and it seems a high risk that will have the same issue too. I'll just stick with using the faulty one and unfortunately have to be a bit cautious when buying clothes here in future.
