    Not only is the jacket awesome, that customer service was Fresh Cut Grass good!

    I purchased a jacket, sweatshirt, and dad hat for my super fan son’s 19th birthday. Everything was awesome, but the jacket was too big. Exchange was quick, and painless, and we continue our love fest for all things Critical Role!

    Great for Sydney Winter!

    Bought this jacket earlier in the year during their New Year Sale and had it sitting in my closet until several weeks ago as winter has truly hit Australia. Bought a size larger to accommodate bulky jumpers/ hoodies and puffy vest and it is has replaced my previous winter jackets.

    Pros: generally water repellent (wouldn't recommend standing in a downpour) and windproof. The zipper comes all the way up the neck and is wide enough to not be uncomfortable if you have a sensitivity to things touching your neck. Wrist is thin elastic to stop an draughts from going up the sleeves but loose enough for easy movement.

    Cons: slightly shorter on the waist for taller torsos like myself, but it's not a deal breaker personally. The zippers, while good quality overall are quite small and feel flimsy -stress on the word "feel".

    Overall, I highly recommend this jacket for the Australian winter months. I have had a few pleasant experience of the Knowing Smile and Nod of Acceptance when out in public wearing it :)

    Oh! Also, THE POCKETS! They don't tell you how deep the pockets are which is amazing because it holds a large phone with plenty of space for your hand!

    Create sizes for tall people, please

    I ordered this jacket twice. I like a relaxed fit but the sleeves didn't even come close ro my wrists. I find that issue with a lot of CR clothing. Larger doesn't mean boxier/ wider, try long as well. Thanks guys.

    Very good waterproofing.

    After a day spent in a very rainy theme park I can confirm this jacket is infact waterproof. I normally wear a Medium but the advise to go up a size to have extra room was very helpful. The zipper pocket is big enough to hold a Samsung ultra so its very handy for everything you need.
