This cardigan is well made and is so soft! The colors are spot on. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it so far.
I highly recommend this cardigan. I wasn’t sure I’d love it because of the colors. But once I took it out of the package I instantly fell in love. It is the softest piece of clothing I own and it is so comfortable and warm! I got a couple compliments on it while out and about. It’s also great to lounge and read in.
I haven’t washed it yet but I hope it retains its softness. I’m also a little worried about the zipper. It doesn’t feel very “hefty” but I didn’t feel that was enough to knock off a star.
Oh! It is oversized as stated so size down. I’m normally a large and the medium fits slightly large on me but that’s how I prefer it.
Overall a wonderful addition to my wardrobe!
I LOVE this cardigan. Like everything in life, it's not perfect perfect, but it's really great.
Pro's:
- The fabric is soft and sleek. It's so warm which is great for someone who lives in the frozen moonscape that is the extreme northern Midwest.
- It's over sized which is great for my body type (apple) and lets me layer it effortlessly.
- Two. Deep. Pockets. My Samsung S22+ fits completely inside with extra room. I love wearing it with leggings for this reason alone.
- The little touches like the color of the rhombus pattern and the CR logo zipper pull are delightful. Truly a classic but unique look.
Cons:
- The zipper itself is persnickety. It's hard to get everything aligned so I can zip it if I'm in a hurry. I also have to be careful pulling it closed, as it catches fabric easily and I with about it gapping one day.
- The fabric is SO LOVELY but it's knit. I have to be cautious where I'm wearing it and what I'm doing because anything sharp or pokey could snag it and pull threads loose. I'm not savvy enough to fix something like that yet.
- The sleeves are super long, which honestly is weird for me, given my wide shoulders and monkey arms. I turned up the cuffs and all is well but I could this being an issue for some petite or lanky folx.
- It's dry clean only. I have kids and an active life. Again, I have to plan where and when I wear this, which makes me sad because I would live in it if I could.
I really wanted to wear this out and about but I know I'm too clumsy and messy to keep it clean, snag free and zipped easily. So I rock it inside and it's fine! I would definitely buy it again and you should too. No garment is perfect and I think the pros far outweigh the cons. Smiley Day to ya!

Bought this before C3Ep91 and didn’t realize I’d be trauma bonding with the community while wearing it, but boy is it a comfy sweater to have your feels in! Also the amount of compliments I’ve gotten from non-Critters makes this a practical choice as well. It does run large - I typically wear a medium, bought a medium, and it’s an oversized fit with the sleeves going past my hands - so would size down if you want something a bit less roomy
